why we built Vextron
One system for the whole agency
Most UK staffing agencies run on four or five systems that don’t talk to each other, and the joins between them are people. Vextron puts the whole agency in one place.
How a typical agency runs today
- A CRM for candidates and clientsre-keyed
- A separate tool for the shift rotare-keyed
- A timesheet productre-keyed
- A payroll bureaure-keyed
- An accounts packagere-keyed
Vextron: one record, from first call to timesheet
The problem we set out to fix
Chasing. Monday and Friday go on chasing workers for timesheets and clients for approvals.
Re-keying. The same hours are typed into one system, then another, and every re-key is a chance to get a number wrong.
Checks left to memory. Documents and rules sit in folders and spreadsheets, checked when somebody remembers.
Clients who won’t log in. Every new portal means another password, so approvals stall and the worker waits.
What we stand for
AI that asks before it acts
Agents suggest, or act with a person’s approval. No one is rejected by a score without a person reviewing it.
Checks where they prevent problems
Documents are checked before a booking can be confirmed, not discovered after the shift.
No new login for your clients
Clients approve timesheets from an email, or in their own portal if they want one, so nobody is forced into another login.
Your agency, your settings
Settings, branding, rules and rates are set by each agency, not hard-coded for everyone.
Your data is yours
Export it as CSV at any time, from your own settings, without asking permission.
Where your data lives
UK-hosted in London; each agency’s data is isolated at the database level.
