Recruit
Offers move to the next candidate on their own, even overnight. Rates work themselves out, and documents are checked before anyone is booked. Your desk spends the day filling shifts, not chasing them.
The problem
An offer is turned down, and the shift sits empty while you ring round for the next person.
How Vextron fixes it
When an offer is declined or runs out of time, it passes to the next candidate automatically, overnight included.
What you gain
More shifts filled, including the ones offered after the desk has gone home. Every filled shift is a fee earned.
The problem
A worker drops out of tonight’s shift, and the afternoon goes on finding cover.
How Vextron fixes it
One action reopens the shift and offers it to the next matching candidates.
What you gain
The shift is still covered and the fee still earned, without losing the afternoon.
The problem
A missing right-to-work document comes to light after the worker has already done the shift.
How Vextron fixes it
Right-to-work and sector documents, and any hard rule your agency sets, are checked before a booking can be confirmed. A hard failure blocks it.
What you gain
Problems are caught while they are still easy to put right, before the shift is worked, not after.
The problem
Pay and charge rates worked out by hand for every shift, nights and weekends included. One slip and the margin is gone.
How Vextron fixes it
Rates come from your rate scheme, the job-title rate and any client override, and are fixed onto the booking.
What you gain
No margin lost to a rate keyed in wrong, and a later rate change never rewrites a past booking.
The problem
Next week’s demand only becomes clear when the week arrives, so the desk is always catching up.
How Vextron fixes it
See the rota one, two or four weeks at a time, with what every client needs and what is already filled.
What you gain
Line workers up early, so more shifts are filled before the week begins.
scroll through the day
The desk, its workers and its clients, all moving in one system. Watch the rota as the day goes on.
Per client and per day: what is needed and what is filled. Overnight, offers that were declined or ran out passed to the next candidate on their own, and a client added a Thursday.
For an open shift, the side panel lists available, compliant candidates ranked by fit, with an availability hint on every row. Offers go out in a click.
An offer is accepted. Before the booking is allowed, documents and your agency’s own rules are checked, and the rates work themselves out and are fixed onto the booking. A missing right-to-work document blocks it.
A worker drops out of tonight’s night shift. One action reopens it and offers it to the next matching candidates, and the shift is covered again.
Switch to the two or four-week view to see what every client needs next week and beyond, and line workers up before the week starts.

need → filled
View the rota one, two or four weeks at a time, so the desk sees what every client needs and what is already filled, well before the shifts arrive.
offer → booked
The side panel ranks candidates by fit, with an availability hint on every row, and moves them from candidates to offers to placements.
rate → frozen
Pay and charge rates come from the rate scheme, job-title rates and any client override, and are frozen onto the booking so later changes never rewrite history.
The full list, for when you want the detail.
Shift types such as Full Day, AM, PM, Night and Evening, or any the agency defines, carry their own default times and their own rates, so a night or weekend uplift is a property of the shift rather than arithmetic a recruiter does each time. Rate schemes set what clients are charged and what temps are paid, with job-title rates and per-client overrides on top.
Offer expiry decides how long a shift offer waits before it moves to the next candidate, and the agency’s matching settings decide who is surfaced and in what order.
Each sector you place in comes with its own ready-made set-up. See a shift run in your sector.

Yes. Multi-week rotations are set up as a cycle rather than entered week by week.
The offer passes to the next candidate automatically. Offers that are not answered in time expire, and the agency decides how long an offer waits.
Yes. Right-to-work and sector documents, and any hard rule the agency sets, are checked when the booking is confirmed, and a hard failure blocks it.
Healthcare, logistics, hospitality, construction, finance, technology, legal, social care, industrial, driving and education each have a ready-made set-up, with the compliance rules and forms to match. Agencies use them as they come, or adjust them to how they work.
