Run the agency

Every number your agency runs on, without the Monday spreadsheet

Reports build themselves from the work already logged. Each consultant sees their own numbers, managers see the team, owners see the whole agency and where the month will land, and the report you keep asking for arrives by email on its own.

Where will we land this month?

You’ll land just under target unless the two offers at the logistics firm close. Both candidates are at final stage.

What it fixes for owners, managers and consultants

  1. The problem

Monday’s numbers are a spreadsheet someone builds by hand, and they are out of date by Tuesday.

    How Vextron fixes it

    Numbers that build themselves

Dashboards and charts draw on the work already in the system: placements, revenue, the pipeline, activity and where candidates came from.

    What you gain

Managers spend their time acting on the numbers, not compiling them.

  2. The problem

Everyone gets the same report, so consultants wade through agency figures and the owner still can’t see the whole picture.

    How Vextron fixes it

    A view for every seat

Consultants start on their own dashboard, managers get the team’s performance, and owners see the whole agency. Pay and margin figures show only to managers and above.

    What you gain

Everyone sees the numbers they can act on, and the money stays with the people who should see it.

  3. The problem

You only find out whether the month hit target once the month is over.

    How Vextron fixes it

    The month, projected against target

See what is booked this month, the projected total against the monthly target, and pipeline value weighted by how likely each stage is to convert.

    What you gain

A short month shows up while there is still time to do something about it.

  4. The problem

One-to-ones run on gut feel, with nothing in front of either of you.

    How Vextron fixes it

    Performance you can talk through

Each person’s results over a chosen period against their targets and KPIs, and a team view with comparisons and an explicit list of areas to improve.

    What you gain

Coaching built on the same numbers for everyone, focused on where each person can improve.

  5. The problem

Nobody can say for sure where the placements actually come from.

    How Vextron fixes it

    See what is really working

The pipeline funnel, where candidates came from, your top clients, and jobs won through business development against jobs from clients you already had.

    What you gain

Time and spend go to the sources and clients that turn into placements.

  6. The problem

Every new question from the owner means another report rebuilt by hand.

    How Vextron fixes it

Reports that run on their own

Build a list or a grouped summary over your own data. Save it, filter it, export it, and schedule it to be emailed to the people who need it.

    What you gain

The weekly report keeps arriving, and nobody rebuilds it.

one set of numbers, every seat

Every seat sees its own numbers

A consultant needs today’s numbers. A manager needs the team’s. An owner needs the whole agency. Most systems hand everyone the same report, or none at all. In Vextron each seat gets its own view of the same live records, and any report you keep asking for arrives by itself.

Reporting in detail

Every user starts the day on their own dashboard: their revenue and placement trend, how far through their targets they are, their activity for the last thirty days, and the jobs that need attention. Cards they never use can be hidden, so each person shapes their own. Managers see the same picture for a team, with comparisons between periods and a view of the areas to improve.

Owners and admins see the whole agency: placements and revenue trends, the pipeline funnel, where candidates came from, top clients, and the month booked and projected against target.

The report builder works over the agency’s own data, and saved reports can be scheduled and emailed to the people who need them.

Placeholder: longer write-up for search engines (about 400 to 600 words) to come.

Questions about reporting

Who sees which numbers?

By default, consultants see their own dashboard and performance. Managers also see team performance, insights and reports, and pay and margin figures show only to managers and above. Your agency can change those defaults and give any individual more.

Can I just ask a question instead of building a report?

Yes. Ask a question about the numbers in plain English and Flynn answers it from your agency’s own records.

Can reports be sent out automatically?

Yes. Saved reports run on a schedule and are emailed out, and the team can get auto-updating lists and a weekly digest.

Can we export a report?

Yes. Any report can be filtered and exported, and your agency can export all of its data at any time.

Can we measure things our own way?

Yes. Your agency defines its own measures, such as gross margin per placement, once, and uses them everywhere. Flynn helps build each one and never creates a measure without your approval.

Can we see whether our automations and Flynn are pulling their weight?

Yes. The automation dashboard shows what ran, what failed, what retried and what gave up, and Flynn Hub shows what Flynn put in front of the team and what was acted on or ignored.
