Vextron

Vextron

for hospitality and events desks

Staff the banquet, not the group chat

A banqueting night needs a full team, confirmed days ahead, from a pool that changes every season. Vextron offers the shifts to the people who fit, shows who is in, and checks every booking first.

What it fixes on a hospitality desk

  1. The problem

A banqueting night needs a dozen staff, and you are confirming them one message at a time.

    How Vextron fixes it

The whole team, offered at once

Offer the shifts to the people who fit and see who has accepted, who has declined and who is yet to answer. An offer waits as long as you set, then moves on.

    What you gain

The team is confirmed days ahead, and the events manager stops chasing you.

  2. The problem

Your pool is big and always changing: students, seasonal staff and people with other jobs.

    How Vextron fixes it

    A changing pool, checked first

The Hospitality set-up carries its own checks, and a booking waits until they are done. Flynn warns you days before anyone’s right-to-work document runs out.

    What you gain

You can grow the pool for the season without losing track of anyone.

  3. The problem

The event runs late, the hours change, and the client queries the bill a week later.

    How Vextron fixes it

    Hours the client signed off

The worker confirms the hours they worked, and the client approves them from one email, no login needed.

    What you gain

Fewer queries, because the client approved the hours themselves.

Questions about hospitality

Can we offer an event’s shifts to several people at once?

Yes. Offer the shifts to the people who fit and watch the answers come in. Declined or unanswered offers move to the next person.

How does the client sign off event hours?

The worker confirms their hours, and the client approves them from an email. Clients who prefer a login can use their branded portal.

What if a worker’s checks are not complete?

The booking waits until the Hospitality set-up’s checks are done, so nobody is booked before they are ready.
