Overnight
Five new matches for your live jobs
Ranked in your queue, strongest first, with Flynn’s reasons on every one.
Work smarter
Flynn works through your agency’s own data all the time. Each morning it ranks the best matches with its reasons, brings quiet candidates back, and warns you early: a client cooling, a document about to lapse, a month heading short, a job that will run late.
flynn hub
Flynn has been through the database overnight. Read the briefing, then work the queue: accept or dismiss each match, and pick up what nobody acted on. Try it.

Sample data
The problem
A strong candidate sits in your database while you advertise for someone just like them.
How Vextron fixes it
Flynn matches candidates to jobs and jobs to candidates continuously. Every suggestion is ranked by score and shows its reasoning, so you can disagree.
What you gain
More roles filled from people you already know, and more fees from the database you have built.
The problem
Bad news arrives late: a client has already gone cold, or a booking won’t confirm because a document ran out.
How Vextron fixes it
Flynn warns you when a client relationship is cooling, a document is about to lapse, the month is heading short of target or a job will take longer to fill than promised. Each warning comes with a suggested next step for you to take.
What you gain
Small problems get fixed while they are small, and month end holds fewer surprises.
The problem
Someone you placed a while ago has gone quiet, and slips off everyone’s call list.
How Vextron fixes it
Flynn rediscovers candidates who have gone quiet and puts them in front of you when a live job suits them.
What you gain
Relationships you built years ago keep earning, instead of fading out of the database.
The problem
Something useful was found last week, and it is still sitting in a list that never gets opened.
How Vextron fixes it
The headline of Flynn Hub is what Flynn surfaced that has not been acted on yet. Ignored items have their own view, so suggestions cannot quietly rot.
What you gain
Good leads are not lost, and managers can see whether the desk is using what it is given.
The problem
Every morning starts with working out where to begin.
How Vextron fixes it
Flynn produces a briefing: the new matches waiting, the candidates back in play, and anything still not picked up.
What you gain
The desk starts on the work that leads to placements, not on finding it.
The problem
You worry an AI will email a candidate in your agency’s name, or turn someone away.
How Vextron fixes it
Outreach Flynn drafts waits for a person to send it; nothing goes out on its own. And no one is rejected by a score without a person looking.
What you gain
The help of an assistant, with your judgement and your agency’s name protected.
early warnings
A client going quiet. A document about to lapse. A month drifting short. A job that will run late. Most desks find out when it already hurts. Flynn flags each one first, shows what it read, and suggests a next step. You decide what happens.

found → ranked
Suggestions are ranked by score, each with its reasons. The queue is kept fresh and stale items are swept, so it never becomes a pile that goes unread.
surfaced → actioned
The headline panel shows what Flynn surfaced that is still waiting for someone, and a separate view lists what the team has ignored.
drafted → sent by you
Flynn drafts personalised outreach in your agency’s voice. The draft sits until a person sends it.

A short walk through a recruiter’s morning: the briefing, the match queue, and what was surfaced but not yet actioned.
The morning briefingMatches ranked, with Flynn’s reasonsWhat is still waiting, and what was ignored
Flynn Hub is Flynn’s own workspace. It opens on a briefing, then the match queue: candidate-to-job suggestions, each with a score and a status, ranked so the strongest come first. Accepting a match takes the candidate forward on the job; dismissing it is recorded too, and Flynn learns from both, for your agency only.
In the background Flynn keeps matching, rediscovers candidates who have gone quiet, keeps the queue fresh and sweeps stale items. What the team has passed over is kept in its own view, so a good suggestion is never simply forgotten.
Flynn also keeps watch. It notices when a client’s emails turn cool, when a candidate’s document is about to lapse, when the month’s forecast is heading short of target and when a job is likely to take longer to fill than the client expects. Each warning shows the records it was based on, and comes with a suggested next step that a person decides whether to take.
