Vextron finds employers who look like they need staffing help, and existing clients advertising roles you do not hold. Every lead is real, and nothing fills your pipeline unless you save it.

What it fixes for your business developers

  1. The problem

Monday morning, and nobody is sure who the desk should be calling this week.

    How Vextron fixes it

Employers who need help, found for you

Vextron researches employers who look like they need staffing help and keeps them as working leads, showing whether each is getting hotter or colder over time.

    What you gain

The week starts with a list worth calling, so business development happens every week, not when someone finds the time.

  2. The problem

One of your own clients is advertising roles, and nobody on the desk knew.

    How Vextron fixes it

    Spot clients hiring without you

A second stream shows companies already in your CRM that are advertising vacancies your agency does not hold.

    What you gain

The warmest opportunities are the ones you see first: more roles from clients who already know you.

  3. The problem

A research tool hands you a direct number that turns out to be made up, and the morning goes on dead ends.

    How Vextron fixes it

    Real leads only

It never returns a hiring manager’s email address or phone number, and never invents a company, vacancy or link to fill a list. You get names and roles, and the consultant sources the rest.

    What you gain

A short, honest list beats a long one that wastes a morning of calls, and your agency never rings a prospect on a number that was never theirs.

  4. The problem

You pitch a company as a fresh find, and a colleague rang them last week.

    How Vextron fixes it

It knows what your desk already knows

Every result is marked if the employer is already a lead or already a client. A search saves nothing on its own; saving is a deliberate choice.

    What you gain

No awkward double approaches, and a pipeline that holds only the leads someone chose to keep.

See it, and hear it from agencies like yours

search → lead

Make business development a weekly habit

Run a search, review the leads and save the ones worth keeping. Searches worth repeating are saved and run again on a schedule, because the employers hiring this week are not the ones hiring last week.

  • New business: employers you do not know yet
  • Client development: your clients’ vacancies you do not hold

lead → client

Keep leads separate until they are real

A researched employer is kept as an opportunity, not a client record, until it becomes a real relationship. Then it converts into a client, and its vacancies become real jobs when you say so.

  • What each employer appears to be hiring for, and when it was seen
  • Who on the desk has already made contact
  • Company data is enriched automatically, and conflicts wait for a person

effort → return

See what business development is bringing in

Vextron works out the return on the business development effort, and keeps a trail of which lead became which client.

  • A trail from lead to client
  • Jobs won through business development shown apart from existing relationships
  • Switched on for the people who need it, by an admin

Business development in detail

A lead is kept as an opportunity rather than a client record, because a client record says the agency has a relationship and an opportunity is only a hope that it might. The opportunity holds the employer, what they appear to be hiring for, how many vacancies were seen and when, who on the desk has already made contact, and a trail showing which lead became which client.

Saved searches are swept on a schedule, a vacancy can be filled out with more detail on request, and a lead’s vacancies become real jobs when the consultant says so.

Questions about business development

Does it give us contact details for hiring managers?

No. It returns names and roles only, never an email address or phone number, because a made-up number that looks real is worse than none. Your consultants source the rest.

Does it only look for new clients?

No. It also shows companies already in your CRM that are advertising vacancies your agency does not hold.

Will searches fill our CRM with junk?

No. A search saves nothing on its own, and a saved lead is kept as an opportunity rather than a client record until it becomes real.

Who on the team can use it?

Business development consultants, desk managers and agency owners. It is not in a recruiter’s default set; an admin grants it.
