Run the agency
Consultants put off updating the CRM when it feels like admin. In Vextron, every interview and placement they log moves a live race, hitting target earns coins, and the coins buy rewards your agency picks. The data stays current because the floor wants it to.
The problem
Consultants leave the CRM until Friday, so the numbers you manage by are always behind.
How Vextron fixes it
Every placement, interview, CV sent, call and meeting saved on the record counts straight away towards targets and competitions. There is no second tally to keep.
What you gain
Records get updated as the work happens, because that is where the month is won.
The problem
Rewards are promised in a team meeting and quietly forgotten.
How Vextron fixes it
Hitting target earns coins. Your agency fills its own reward shop and sets what each reward costs, consultants choose what to save for, and each redemption is approved before it is handed out.
What you gain
Incentives people can see, choose and actually collect, at a level you set.
The problem
Competition scores are totted up by hand, and the arguments start before the winner is announced.
How Vextron fixes it
Pick the measure, or set two people head to head. Vextron keeps the score, announces the winner and awards the coins and badges that go with the win.
What you gain
Competitions run all month with nobody keeping tally, and nobody disputing it.
The problem
The leaderboard on the whiteboard is out of date as soon as it is written.
How Vextron fixes it
The ranking updates in real time, in the app and on the office TV. Pair a screen once and it shows the leaderboard with nobody signed in on it.
What you gain
A good day is noticed the same day, by everyone.
log it, race it, earn it, spend it
Follow Aisha through one good afternoon: two things logged, a race taken, a target hit, and an early Friday finish she picked herself. Watch, or choose any step.
Aisha B.October
Step 1 of 5
Aisha books an interview, then makes a placement, and saves both on the record as she always would. There’s no separate tally to keep: Vextron counts them the moment they’re saved.
The CRM stays up to date, because that’s where the month is won.
Step 2 of 5
The month’s competition re-ranks on its own and her head-to-head with Nina is settled. Everyone can see where they stand, right now.
Nobody waits for the Friday whiteboard to find out they’re ahead.
Step 3 of 5
That placement is her fourth this month, which hits her target. The coins arrive and a badge unlocks automatically, with nobody doing the sums.
The reward turns up the moment it’s earned, not at the next team meeting.
Step 4 of 5
Your agency stocks the shop and sets what each reward costs in coins. Aisha picks one, and it waits for a manager to approve it.
Rewards people choose for themselves, and that actually get handed out.
Step 5 of 5
The office TV shows the moment to the whole floor, and the monthly summary keeps count of placements, meetings and every coin earned and spent.
One person’s good afternoon gives everyone else a reason to pick up the phone.

Recruitment is a target-driven job done by teams sitting together, and the agencies that run it well run it visibly. Competitions can run on any measure the agency cares about, with head-to-head challenges between two people, and are scored and resolved automatically.
Hitting a target earns coins, and the coins are spent in a reward shop the agency stocks itself. Celebration broadcasts, milestone awards, the reward shop and the big-screen displays are all set up by the agency in its own settings.
