Vextron

For workers and clients

Make working with your agency the easy part

Workers onboard, take shifts and confirm their hours on their phone. Clients book, approve and get CVs the way they want them. Everything both sides see carries your brand, so they come back to you.

Sample data

What it fixes on both sides

  1. The problem

New starters get a pack of PDFs to print, sign and scan back, and your team types it all in.

    How Vextron fixes it

    Onboarding on their phone

Candidates fill in your forms and upload their documents in the portal. It lands on their record and in compliance, ready for your team to sign off.

    What you gain

People ready for their first shift sooner, so the work you win gets filled and billed.

  2. The problem

Workers ring the office to ask where they are working tomorrow, and what else is going.

    How Vextron fixes it

    Their work, in their pocket

Booked shifts, open shifts to apply for, their own availability and permanent roles to browse, all in the portal.

    What you gain

Open shifts get taken from a phone instead of a ring-round, and more of them are filled.

  3. The problem

Clients email and phone their requests, and nobody can see who is on site today.

    How Vextron fixes it

    Clients help themselves

Clients raise requests, book candidates you have offered, and see their workforce and placements in their own portal.

    What you gain

Repeat orders arrive complete, and a client who can book easily books again.

  4. The problem

CVs reach the client in a different layout from every consultant, and the best one gets skimmed.

    How Vextron fixes it

Every CV in the shape they want

Flynn scores each CV against the job and rewrites it from what is on file, in your brand or the client’s own format. A recruiter approves it before it goes.

    What you gain

Clients compare like with like, so shortlists turn into interviews and interviews into fees.

  5. The problem

Your portal, your emails and your CVs all look like they came from somewhere different.

    How Vextron fixes it

One brand on everything that leaves

The portals, the emails, the CVs and the PDFs carry your logo, colours and typeface from one setting. You choose what each side sees, and a client can be given view-only access.

    What you gain

Clients recognise the timesheet email and approve it, so invoices aren’t held up waiting on hours.

Would your workers and clients notice the switch?

They would, and that is the point. Shifts taken from a phone, repeat orders placed in a portal and timesheets approved on time all turn into money, every week.

Working with your agency, made easy

Two audiences, one branded system. Candidates and contractors get one portal for onboarding and then for everyday work: shifts, availability, timesheets, documents and messages. Clients get their own portal for requests, bookings, their workforce and approvals, or can approve from an email instead. Both carry your brand, the same as your emails, CVs and documents.

Questions from workers and clients

Do workers need to download an app?

No. They open your branded portal from a link on their phone, with no password to remember.

Do clients have to use the portal?

No. Clients who prefer email can approve timesheets straight from it, with no login. Those who want more get their own portal.

Can we choose what each side sees?

Yes. You choose the sections for candidates and for clients separately, and you can give a client view-only access.

What happens when a worker’s right-to-work document is about to run out?

Flynn spots it in the background before it lapses, for example nine days out, and drafts a request for you to send. The worker uploads the new document from their phone, and it lands on their record for your team to check.
