  1. ↺ and round again

What needs you first

YouStart with what Flynn flagged.

VextronSpots what is slipping before it costs you: a client going quiet, a month tracking short, a job likely to run late. All from your own records.

Flynn HubReporting

Find the work

YouPick who to call this week.

VextronSurfaces employers who need help, and clients already advertising roles you don’t hold, with company details filled in.

Business development

Win the client, agree the terms

YouMake the approach and agree the fee.

VextronSends it from your own mailbox with your templates, logs the call with a summary, then builds the terms from your template and records the day they are agreed.

Email and calendarCalls and messagingCustomisation

Find the candidates

YouBrief the role in plain words.

VextronRanks the whole database against it with reasons, triages applicants from the boards, and turns a folder of CVs into records.

AICRM and ATSIntegrations

Reach out

YouCheck the message and press send.

VextronFlynn drafts the outreach for each candidate by email, text or WhatsApp, and brings every reply back to the record.

AICalls and messaging

Screen for fit

YouHave the conversation.

VextronRecords, transcribes and summarises the call, and files the screening answers on the candidate.

Calls and messaging

Send a CV that fits the job

YouRead it, then send it.

VextronFlynn scores the CV against the job, shows what it is light on, and rewrites it from what is already on file, inventing nothing. It comes out in your template, or the one this client asks for.

CVs and shortlists

Interviews and offers

YouMove the candidate on.

VextronBooks the interview into everyone’s calendar, moves the pipeline, and sends both sides their confirmations.

Email and calendarAutomation

Not this time? Start again

YouHear the client chose someone else.

VextronAlready has the next best matches ranked, and brings back good candidates who had gone quiet.

AICRM and ATS

Placed, and the coins earned

YouMake the placement.

VextronSends the confirmation pack, records the placement and counts it toward your target. Hit the target, and coins land for you to spend in your agency’s own reward shop.

What it fixes on a permanent desk

  1. The problem

The right candidate for the role is already in your database, but they have slipped out of mind.

    How Vextron fixes it

The database, ranked for every role

Candidates are scored against each job with the reasoning shown, so you can disagree. People who went quiet months ago come back into view when a role suits them.

    What you gain

More of the database you already own turns into shortlists, and shortlists into fees.

  2. The problem

A strong candidate goes to the client on a CV written in a hurry, and gets passed over.

    How Vextron fixes it

Every CV fitted to the job

Flynn scores the CV against the job, shows where it is light, and rewrites it from what is already on file, with nothing made up. It lands in your template; you read it and send it.

    What you gain

Good candidates stop being undersold, and more first CVs turn into interviews.

  3. The problem

Every call, email and interview leaves notes to write up, a thread to file and diaries to juggle.

    How Vextron fixes it

The admin, done as you go

Call from the record and the recording, transcript and summary land on the candidate. Your own mailbox files each email on the right record. Interviews go into everyone’s calendar, and the confirmation pack goes out when the placement is recorded.

    What you gain

The hours that went on write-ups go back into calls, and a colleague can pick up any candidate where you left off.

Permanent recruiters and Vextron

A permanent recruiter is paid on fees and measured on placements, and on the activity that leads to them. In Vextron, the emails, calls, interviews and the placement itself are filed where they belong as the work happens, so the day goes on recruiting rather than record-keeping.

A job is one record that carries its own pipeline from the first application to the placement. When an offer is accepted, the placement records the fee and the terms, and the confirmation pack goes out to the right people with the right documents.

Placeholder: longer write-up for search engines (about 400 to 600 words) to come.

Questions from permanent recruiters

Do I still have to write up my calls?

No. Calls go out from the record, and the recording, transcript and summary land back on the candidate afterwards.

Does Flynn make things up when it rewrites a CV?

No. It works only from the CV and what is already on the candidate’s record, and shows where each new line came from. Anything it can’t find is left as a question for the candidate. Nothing goes to a client until you send it.

Does the AI reject candidates?

No. Scores come with their reasoning, and no candidate is turned down by a score without a person reviewing it.

Can we use our own pipeline stages?

Yes. Pipeline stages are set by your agency, and editing a template later never moves candidates on jobs already running.
